Social media campaign for a new chocolate shop
In August, a Grand Opening was scheduled for a new European chocolate shop on Lake Minnetonka, L'More Chocolat. To make presence known, we designed a Facebook social media campaign theme: "Finally the #pinkdoor opens."
Because there is a lot of foot traffic around the shop's location, many people walked by the pink door every day and wondered what was to exist in the space. We used this to our advantage, counting down the days until L'More Chocolat's pink door opened. Imagery and messaging were produced around the theme, the tone of voice designed to be playful, seductive and romantic, the images to be mouth-watering and/or emotional.
We received 70 organic followers during this 10-day campaign and successfully set the brand's tone for messaging moving forward.
